Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using BruchureGenerator (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use the Service.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bruchuregenerator.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Ownership of Content You Submit
BruchureGenerator is a tool for property professionals to produce marketing brochures from listings, photos and descriptions they own or are fully authorised to use. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or have explicit written permission from the rightful owner of, every photo, description and property detail you submit.
5. Image Processing & Watermark Removal
Image clean-up features (including watermark removal) are provided solely for processing images you own or are licensed to modify. You agree not to use the Service to remove watermarks, logos, copyright marks or other identifying marks from any content you do not own or do not have explicit permission to alter.
6. Acceptable Use
You will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Subscription & Credits
Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Each standard brochure generated consumes one credit. A 13-image brochure consumes 2 credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Top-up credits expire at the end of the current billing period in which they were purchased. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your Account → Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made.
9. Your Responsibility & Indemnity
You are solely responsible for the legality of every input you submit and every brochure you generate, distribute or publish. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BruchureGenerator, its operators, owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) content you submit or generate; (b) alleged infringement of any copyright, trademark, privacy or other right; or (c) breach of these Terms.
10. No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not verify ownership of submitted content and assume no responsibility for how output is used.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BruchureGenerator's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for activity that we believe poses legal, security, or reputational risk.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BruchureGenerator is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
